County Commissioner Tony Hazen, a dedicated lifelong resident of Mishawaka, St. Joseph County and has over four decades of combined experience as a Police Officer, Mishawaka Councilman and local business owner. With 23 years in law enforcement, including a 6 1⁄2 year term as Mishawaka's Police Chief, Tony has demonstrated leadership and commitment to community safety.

As a business owner for more than 40 years, he has actively contributed to the local economy, emphasizing responsible economic development. Recognized for his community contributions, Tony received the Mishawaka Business Association's Business of the Year award in 2018. His campaign centers on priorities such as neighborhood safety, local business promotion, fiscal responsibility, and transparency in governance, reflecting his enduring dedication to St. Joseph County’s prosperity and well-being.
